I would guess that the pick is from late 67 early 68 and the guy is in his early twenty's so the guy would be in his late 50's early 60's. But as to who ,I have no clue. Time and the 60's are a hell of a mask. Bye the way lorax I remember seeing some Troutman pics during his 20's and he rocked a stash not the full beard.

The pic was taken at the Eastman Kodak glass shop around 1975

I was bucking the system in those days ( Nixon) lots of politic in the shop at that time. Now I have only enough energy for a mustache.
