Okay, we’re a little over a month away from the 9th annual AGI, and we have most of the bases covered so far:
-The port-o-johns are bought and paid for, and this year they will have lights in them… as well as flushing toilets and a sink.
-A fully loaded 80 bag ice machine is being delivered in another week or so.
-The sign for the Barry Lafler Building is ordered, and the contractor will be framing out the building next week.
-Here’s a biggie: NO MORE WASPS!!! We hired a professional exterminator, and I have not seen one wasp or yellow jacket on the property since he has been here.
-Big Don has all of the trails and camp sites cleared and mowed for you.
-Tomorrow we will be getting our delivery of fire wood so all of you pyromaniacs can burn shit.
-Matt Eskuche and a friend of his will be taking care of the garbage, which will all be separated and properly recycled… In past years we used to just haul it down to the woods and burn it.
-We’ve been stocking up on some (non perishable) foods, condiments, and extras, and the perishable stuff will be picked up / delivered prior to the event. Kevin is also getting the menu together which should include more diversity than last year.
-All of the gasses are ordered and paid for, and will be here on Friday the 14th.
-We are installing a 10’ countertop with a double sink in the Robert Mickelsen Bar and Grill area for your convenience.
-Oh yeah… and I’ve been working on next years AGI as well… it will be our 10th anniversary : )
We’ll see you soon, and some of the above changes are a direct result of constructive criticism… please let me know if I missed anything, and don’t be shy when it comes to suggesting any improvements!
Much respect, and we’ll see you soon : )

P.S. - We still have some spaces available, so call us as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
