Glass Sculpture (Boro or Soft?)

Hey, lately I have been searching alot of glass sculpture on glassartists.org. I have mainly been fascinated by the sculpture of sea creatures. I was wondering if the majority of these detailed sculptured would be done with soft glass or borosilicate?

Most are boro, a few are soft glass. It's a LOT easier to go big with boro and it's SOOOO much more forgiving...
