Hey all, I'm a guy from Pittsburgh, who is currently just setting up his own bench.

I've taken several courses at the Pittsburgh Glass Center, and finally, after a stroke of financial luck, I have started building my own studio in my basement.

So far I have a CC Bench Burner, a solenoid, gas tanks, regulators, flashbacks, etc. Everything except a kiln :tongue2:.

So I'm really close to this, and this community seems to have a lot to offer me, maybe in the future I'll have something to offer to you guys.

Thats about it really, looking forward to meeting you all.

I'd much rather think of Rusted Root than Donnie Iris - I'm so over the 80's, but seem to be stuck in the 90's. A generational thing I guess...

But then again, I'm not from the South Side.

You jagoffs better stop talkin bout Donnie Iris. Yinz don't hang out with em and I do.

Oh god, last time I saw him he was getting ready for the Hairband Idol contest, he was a judge. He grew his hair to look like something I have never scene. I bumped into him and he started talking to me and I almost didn't recognize him. About one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to have a beer with. And that sketch Jim and Randy do about Donnie stole my date is awesome.

You sawed off little jagoff, I never went to bed. That's how we do it in Aliquippa. We watch our future NFL stars play HS football and then laugh at you fuckers in, near or around the city.

Hey new guy, how's it coming on the kiln front? I got a small Jen Ken, never been fired up. Needs a controller. Maybe that might work for you. I never got around to getting it fixed. If you price them and price yourself a controller I might be game to entertain a reasonable offer. I figured I'd just use it for tiny shit. But I rarely make stuff that will fit in it.
