I was braking a 6mm rod with some nippers when the rod scraped my leg. I was surprised, It did not bleed that much! But it is about 1 ¾” long and 3/8” wide. I thought of closing it up my self, but it was pretty big and I could see muscle & fat cells.
I work sitting down, thanks to me hitting the ground the same time my parachute did, when I was in the Army, about 10 years ago.

Owww. Glad you got stitched up though.
Damn, props on surviving a parachute malfunction. I know a 12mm blow tube can get me 4 stitches (on my thumb) damn nippers.

I wish I had pictures. I skewered 2 of my fingers with a 7mil color rod a couple years ago. Took a couple of surgeons to dig out the broken glass.
A little cut isn't much compared to a bad parachute! Peace.

I just had 2 rods snap off on me last night. Lots of blood - 2 tiny cuts. Nothing spectacular like that one - which reminds me of the motorcycle accident I had...

Hey dude with the stiches,
If you wanna save some future cash, take the stiches off yourself. It is really easy to do. Really.
