Glassartists seems to suck.

Hey Y'all

I've been trying without luck to get a response from Justin regarding a simple technical problem with my galleries. Can someone clue me in about this- is Glassartists just a drone site on autopilot or what? Has Justin moved on to bigger and better things?

I love being part of the community over there but I'm so frustrated with the inept management that I'm getting ready to pull out my pics and call the place rubbish. Has anybody else had the same experience?

Does anyone even visit there anymore? I look at that site 1, maybe 2 times a month. Used to check it out several times a day!

they've been spotty lately but maybe justin just needed a vacation, i bet it takes a ton of work to maintain those sites. i don't know of a better alternative though, you could just make your own website i guess. they were so dope before, i really hope that it's just a temporary problem/situation.

i think ga and gp used to be completely about sharing ideas and sharing excitement about our work. maybe one little ad at the top...i thought it was cool how it was completely separated from the economic side of the business. since it changed i feel like most of the people on there are trying to sell their work vs. display it. maybe just in my head. i stopped posting work and look at it every week or so instead of a couple times a day. maybe if he restored it to the way it was people would get stoked about it again.

They come up for me, and I check them every few days.

Clear your cache, use different browser, restart computer, try a different computer.... one of these options should make it work.

I agree it is a bummer about GA.org It used to be an action packed place to view our communities current work. Unfortunately, I think all those changes that were made last year caused the site to go down hill. Many of us voiced our dislikes but Justin was really happy with the changes he made. He felt we would all catch on but I think what really happened is people just stopped posting. Which lead to people not checking it for new work anymore. Its to bad ... it was fun while it lasted.
