Well...thanks to an amazing girlfriend...who makes good money as a dental hygienist. I am officially making the switch to glass blowing professionally. After 4 years and help from countless people...both in and outside the glass world... I've finally reached a point with my glass that I'm comfortable with the small production line of work I have...

etsy and more coming soon...for now.... www.sandandfire.net wish me luck and be gentle...

Thanks for the kind words and well wishes everybody...I'll be sure to post my progress maybe start adding pics...

Will do Jane... I would have never reached this point (or at least not so quickly) if I hadn't fallen in love with your torch last year at AGI and bought my own... how's your Rocket doing..? I know mine has been treating me very well..I love Nortel

Time to go made some product... and take pics...and add to my galleries and update my website... and call places to try to drum up more business... wow...at least I love what I do...

Hey Matt!! Good luck man!! It's not an easy road, but it's a much happier one!! Work hard and be confident in your product and it'll all work out....

The site looks great! The only change i'd really make is taking the word 'Production' out of 'Production Jars.' It just kinda makes it sound like, you know, Prodo... Change it to something like 'Textured Jars' or 'Bumpy Jars' or even just 'Handmade Jars.'

just my 2 cents... which might be worth more or less depending on where you live :puzzled:

Aloha!

Thats some quality input man... I put prodo jars...cause it's just not my most impressive work... its literally a production jar...but I suppose customers don't really need to know that.. like you said have confidence in the product... I think I will change it ...Thanks!

good luck!! it sounds like your pushing to find places to sell, so likely that hard work will do a lot more than the luck.
wishing you prosperity and peace in your endeavor

Good luck Matt. Your website looks great. Work at keeping it fresh and you'll get people who will come back all of the time. Don't stop adding new stuff to it regularly.
