When you place your cursor over your "rep power squares", a message shows up. Like mine says "Fiorino Glass Art has a spectacular aura about". What are these messages for? Just curious...

if you share good info or something funny, people can click the little [i] icon in the upper-right hand corner and give you rep points. How many you get depends on how many the person giving them has.

You can obviously also give rep points when you like what someone posted.

I haven't yet figured out what use, if any this feature has, other than being able to see who may have posted a lot of helpful/funny/whatever posts...

Yeah I know the rep points system but I'm talking about when you place and hold your cursor over the blue and green squares under you rep power, a little phrase comes up.

I think it's good because you can sort of gauge how "reputable" a response is.

The number of squares and the message change based on how many rep points you have. No real "meaning," just a neat little thing.
