Those new ones on the blue look really nice! The first one reminds me of a Blue Jay!
Gooday, here are some more birds, I am moving on to universe marbles for a few day or more or untile they noticably nicer to me! Here are big small black, blue ones. The biigest black shoreline lake bird is the largest one i ever made yet. Also the one more complex parrot typ bird was so fun to make I used the new skills we attained at the agi so now I am able to really sculpt and build a sculpture on hollow tube with lots of layers of colors and its alot more features, the wings are purple rain. the The one in the branch is eating a cattapiller and the catapiller is eating a leaf, the title is maybe called forrest super market! please look any questions I will do my best, much peace jes
here are the pictures.... PS their is a very nice beaded spider in the large crystalogobletocrystalo (clear cup hope you-see) Also the feet of that biggest bird4me can add as a scale size guide.... the more litteler one in front sort of deceptively plays eyes tricks of its actual size and I have also started making some good little eggs too & their is a mushroom on the branch its blurry as well but thats lots of reading, thank you everyone for posting everytime you do, it is all really is encouraging and inspiring 4me, and exspecially thanks the most for so much everyone look'n and typing back so much too its way better then telepathy for me.... thanks again, jes
beautiful work.. the caterpillar eating the leaf is top notch!

nice, Jes, those parrots and your other birds have real personality, I think you should try and sandblast one of your birdies and see what it looks like. We raise parrots and yours look just like our young do when they just come out of the nest! good to see you're making some nice bombillas, too.

If you added a dot a clear to the eyes of the birds where you already punched a divit in, it would give the eye an air bubble pupil which I THINK really brings the object to life. It would only take 30 seconds too.......Nice Work!.....Slick

Just saw this thread. Great looking birds & bugs -- the parrots are so cute!
good day, here are some new birds on branchs they are more detailed now but smaller I am working on practicing bigger and better birds with new and improved branches too! Here are wood pecker, cardinal and nut hatch... I am very proud of these ones and want to try harder, people are always making such nice works of art here so this is an attempt from me...Oh and the wood is drilled to held 6 ml so its easy to travel and ship. OH and an old indian guy went out and got the wood and cut it and everything that they go into!!! I am hoping that will add to the mystic of them...HAhaha :-j
ps the Ojibwe word for woodpecker is meme & cardinal = miskobineshii & nut hatch= ?????? bineshii = small bird so thats it for now

Awesome!! I really dig trees because they're hard to mess up because of the organic shape of them. Need to get me a pedal masher!!
Looks good Jes!!! Root bases are a cool way to make them sit also!!
