I can only find the add to rep button for me , everyone else has the infraction cards but not rep button . Has everything changed or am I just not seeing or understanding ?

Thats really strange, they're still showing up normally for me... maybe try logging out and back in again, or switch from thegldg.com to talkglass.com (or vice-versa), see if it makes a difference?

Looks like your out of rep power to me. I was reading a thread the other day on rep and I think you have to have rep power to rep people. Looks like your at 0 rep power. I think you have to be repped before repping more people...if that makes any sence. I will try and find the rep page.
