View Full Version : contacting GTT
sorry to dirty up the thread but this is driving me nuts every time i call GTTs number from there site, i get some lady (a PA resident I take it) its not there company number anymore. Does anyone know how to call them? My buddy just did about his cricket, he said he called the same number off the site.
570 835 9777 but it didn't work 3 times for me. I just want my stinkin mirage

I got the same lady and message once Lub, you haven't lost it. Apparently their shop is in two places these days. She gave me the number to the other place, but of course, I didn't write it down, but it was in Colorado I think.

Yup. Just when you call be polite and explain your situation and you will usually figure it out. They do their torches in batches so I'm sure a batch of mirages will be done soon. Waiting time depends on when u order. They have great service. I got lucky but when I called they were just finishing mags so only had to wait 3 weeks. Patience, its worth every min when u get it.
I think I'm buying it through chris rice instead

I've always heard it's better to buy GTT's thru a distributor that has them in stock than from Gtt themselves. they make great torches, but you may wait for three months or they may have on in the mail in a week, it's a crap shoot.
I have heard that they are cool about not charging your CC until they actually ship the thing though.
Contact "kbinkster" on this forum, she's married to one of the GTT guys, and she's been very helpful about getting communications going with the GTT guys.

Their reputation for buying from them directly isn't so hot....my recent experiences with them (my torch is not yet in my hands) has been much better than what I've heard from other people.
What I've done differently than other people, is I've been emailing on a half-ass regular basis for status updates. I think the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and they tell me that Phantoms will be available in a week or so....hopefully I'll be able to sell my Carlisle pretty quickly.

i dont think they sell cheaper to you than a distro, same listed prices. may as well get one where you can, like mountain glass or chris, some other person had some too right now. i had to wait months and months. if someone wants one now, its great timing for them.

We wanted to let everyone know that we have Phantoms, Cheetahs, Bobcats and Crickets in stock. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested. These torches will most likely sell very quickly. Below you will find information on these torches as well as a link to them on our web site. Thanks and have a great day.
