former Cowboy Micheal Irvin got arrested for poss. of drug parph. this weekend for having a pipe in his car. this led the media to explore in depth what constitutes a "drug pipe" as was plastered all over the papers.
one reporter was saying how easy to obtain these pipes were and went on to prove it buy going into a head shop and coming back out with a metal pipe. He then went on to criticize the law that allows you to sell pipes but then considers possession of said pipe illegal
