http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer/Page/1237608331895/1237405732511 there you go andrew. Its $23 each way. Really not a bad ride but you do have to take a bus from the airport in Portland to the Portland depot, there are some cheaper shuttles that are $10 ish and a taxi I think is like $25. If I remember correctly the station in Eugene is right around the corner from Cornerstone.

My buddies and I flew out there last year. We went Plane>Tram (From airport)>Bus>Amtrak>then walked to our hotel a half mile away.
There's a bus stop right by where you get off the Tram that will take you right to the train station. (Tram is also very cheap)
The Amtrak isn't far from Cornerstone at all. The link I posted is a map between the two.
From Amtrak to Cornerstone (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=433+Willamette+Street+Eugene,+OR+97401-2613&daddr=1068+West+2nd+Avenue,+Eugene,+OR&geocode=FVM7oAIdYMSp-CkZqpOJDR7BVDHSWta3gD4Vaw%3BFV1CoAIdHIKp-ClzOvBBdB7BVDFJoZ25gaa3LQ&hl=en&mra=ls&sll=44.059003,-123.101206&sspn=0.014001,0.027595&ie=UTF8&ll=44.057276,-123.100605&spn=0.014002,0.027595&z=15)
There is a bus stop close by to the Amtrak as well.
What I'm more worried about where to stay. My two friends and I haven't done much planning yet this year, but with less than a month to go, we best get on that. We plan on driving from AZ this year because it will probably be cheaper and that way we don't have to deal with taking a bus to Cornerstone all 3 days. Also, we want to be able to hit up the after-parties this year (Missed a BBQ at Snoddy's last year :bummed:).
I haven't checked for any threads here yet about Lodging, so I'll do that after I post.... But if anyone has any recommendations for 3 fools to stay, let me know. I heard Hostels are nice cheap option, but if anyone has a reasonable place to say, would rather give someone here some money over a hotel.

I might be able to pick a couple people up from Portland if you need a ride down there. I think we're gonna head out pretty early on friday. If anyone needs a place to crash outside of Portland before or after the show PM me. We've got plenty of room and live out in the country.
