I heard Pennsylvania, Idaho, and Iowa are big no's. I think Pennsylvania was opd territory, too lazy to look it up right now.

Idaho any 3 holed item is D-para , making it can bring 9 years , I would check here off the list , unless its private person or just all together .

If you are sending it to an individual, probably no big deal.

If a ton of folks are sending stuff to one individual on a list of some sort, or a store, that might be enough for a reprise of fun stuff from 2003. Get my drift? You don't want to be hauled into the same court Tommy Chong did. If you were patient, you'd wait until after the next election cycle when we get med in this state. It's pretty much made it's way to approval and will be modeled after New Jersey's compassion clause. After that happens, one would assume that the para laws will need to change. Right now you can get arrested for a spoon in your posession. And not a pipe, an actual spoon for eating.

I'd just be cautious about it. Keep it low profile. Probably nothing to worry about, but it would be best to keep yourself out of district court 4, where they have very little compassion for folks seeking to be involved in this business.

Do yourself a favor and mapquest the ship to address. In OPD the DA had all the products ordered shipped to the courthouse they were working out of...........
