Glass Evolution is having a Grand Opening Celebration for it's 5000 Sq.Ft. EUGENE OREGON STOREFRONT at 3580 W.1st ave. on Saturday feb.12th. 2006 from 12.00pm to 6:30 pm. From dec. 15th - feb. 11th any purchase of 300$ or more will enter you into the drawing.
Either, place your order at www.glassevolution.com, or if you're a local lampworker, call us and we will prepare your order and you can come pick it up. The celebration events include, GTT torch demo's, free food and drink, and a couple suprize activities. Please come enjoy the fun!!! We have alot of unique new raw material's and services we are excited to introduce to the Market.
Now for the best part, Celebration Giveaway prize's: Grand Prize(first draw): 1 GTT Delta Elite, 1 sheet of D.A.'s Galaxy series dichro, 2 tubes of every color of the New Quantum Exotic color tube line!!! Do you think you will have any GTT's left in stock by then? I'm hoping to upgrade to a Mirage or a Delta sometime next year.

well that is another excellent question, you guy are really covering all the bases. I think to be fair to everyone you can only be entered once per name + CC#. But, if you have a large glassblowing family you all can order individually. No limit per household. Nice, Thanks again.

I know i shouldnt detract from the thread by pointing this out but RUDIGER YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT!!!!!! You just tried hitting everyone up for regs last week for a lynx you supposedly already had. Just get a major minor and some regs and get your story straight and stick with it. It's alot easier to stick to the same story if that story is the truth!

Is your store open for walk-in business? I was thinking about heading down to Eugene sometime this week and I would like to stop by and pick up a few rods and some tubes. I haven't tried the Schott glass yet. Which GTT's do you have at the store that I could look at? I don't expect them to be hooked up I just would like to see a Delta and a Mirage in person.

Anyway, back to counting my pesos.... :(

hey rumple, no worries I was wondering when someone was going to unload on rudy. questionable activity with begging. I hate it when people ask for stuff when they don't really need it or could offord to do it for themselves.

Nightcat ,we still are configuring the store. we should be open for walk-ins around the first week of the new year give or take a few weeks. we don't have any of those hot-cakes in stock "Delta,Mirage" Do you have a shop set-up of your own, or just at the school? I would bring my torch up there for an afternoon if you did. I have a mirage.

I have my own studio, you can see a shot of it on the Pyromugs page on the bottom of page 4. It has two torch set-ups, one for soft and one for boro. Both torches have quick disconnects. I have only been doing boro for a year so I'm still a newbee with that.

Thanks for the offer to come up. Way Cool! But I think I can wait for your store to open. I was just looking for an excuse to take a day off from my day job. I'm here for the long haul so no hurry.
