Yeah...the holiday...you must have been closed. Seriously though, an answering machine would have been more helpful. I would cancel that call center answering service. That guy created a new account for me under a mispelled name, so I had to start a new account with an old email I don't use and now there is an account under my email that I can't access under the name Westley(my name is Wesley[I spelled it for him more than once]). I am not trying to be whiny, but I would want feedback on my contracted customer service if it was my business. At least give them a catalog to look at...he asked what frit was. Anyway, good luck working out the kinks.
