PRESS RELEASE!!! PRESS RELEASE!!!

Del Morgan and Marble Collectors Unlimited are pleased to announce to you our latest project and invite you to participate.

“A PICTORIAL EXPLORATION OF CONTEMPORARY ART GLASS MARBLES” Will be a book that will offer the opportunity for artists to tell the collecting world a little about themselves while also showing them many of the amazing creations they have made. The goal is to create a book dedicated to contemporary art glass marbles unlike any other that has been produced.

We are seeking artists that would like to be involved in this project. This is going to be a fun and exciting project with little to no risk to the artist and should provide much deserved attention to the artists and their work.

Some very important aspects to this book will be the personalized biographies by each artist, a section on tracking and caring for your contemporary art glass marbles, a photographed reference of the signatures used by the artist to assist the collector in identification as well as safeguarding the artists from forged pieces.

Another highlight that we expect to really set this book apart will be the Collector Spotlight section of the book. This area will bring recognition to some of the collectors in the hobby that have made it possible for the artists and hobby to thrive.

Artists who are interested in participating in this project need to contact me as soon as possible to express your interest. We have many artists already involved and look forward to adding many more to the table of contents in this publication.

Please contact me by email, del@marbleholics.com, by phone 208-453-1390 or by snail mail:

Kris,

Thanks for the interest. Right now we have many artists already on board. Very few from this baord have responded so far, but we hope this will change very soon. Still hoping to hear back from Matt and Misha...hint...hint...LOL

This will be a great array of artists with some features that have not been touched in a book on this subject to date. We are very excited to be puttin gthis together and equally as excited to be able to showaces some of the artists and collectors that have made our hobby so incredibly awesome.

I am happy to look at the work of any artist who is making marbles. this will entail nothing but marbles, though. So the rest of the artwork will have to wait until the next book...

I got one last night myself.

If only my marbles were good enough to make it. Oh well, I'm going to submit some anyways. You never know...

I inserted his email as the return address so you could send any questions to Del, but it when it shows up in your inbox, it reads like it came FROM him and not us. We sent it out for him. I apologoze if this was an inconvenience.

Please direct any complaints, if any, to my PMbox.

I got no probs at all with it nate. I was just curious if he was farming the forum for addys to spam. But if he has the go ahead from the homeboys shopping network then it's all good with me. Maybe I'll even send him a few pics. He can put me in the chapter titled.... Whatever you do; don't do this.;)
