est mon nom Eddie Légus flamework JE en France depuis 29 ans, JE Travaille Avec boucoup de verre boro Torche Que je porte de grands morceaux de plus de 20 pouces de hauteur Pour la majority. J'utilise des baguettes de verre de Grand Diamètre, de couleur transparente UO.
Je vis Avec ma fille, Camille, Qui avait SNA septembre, Ma Maison EST DANS les montagnes et lun. DANS Atelier Dans ma maison!
J'enseigne La Verrerie en France ici, Dans ma maison, JE reçois boucoup d'Étudiants Tout au long de l'Année.

rino the glass is manufactured with a torch boro brand LEFEVRE but I think you will not find a torch like that in the USA.
I use rods of 30mm diameter sometimes even larger, up to 50mm diameter in inches do not know the conversion??
my pieces measuring between 350mm and up to 2 meters for the largest.
I work with a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen but also propane and oxygen on smaller pieces.

the scale of your work is very impressive. is using hydrogen to work boro common in france? i would like to learn more about using hydrogen with boro.

No Hydrogen is rarely used in France, I am one of the few in use!
Hydrogen has a force of heated much higher than oxygen, the flame is more homogeneous and the chemistry of the flame does not damage the glass.
If it heats up, I can make the biggest piece.

i always imagined the hydrogen/oxygen flame would boil the surface of boro too easily.

what is it like using hydrogen with the amber purple family of color?

i imagine it removes the silver haze build-up quite easily and has far less reducing effects than a propane/oxygen flame. ?

J'aime la mains qe tu faire. Belle travais du verre. Je ne uteliser le francais pour come 10 anes, alors je m'excuse. Beinvenue au Melting pot Eddie!

J'utilise principalement d'hydrogène sur des tiges de riz boro très grand diamètre, il est inutile de bâtons par exemple boro très faible de 10 mm! pour boro couleur (Northstar) il est possible que la chimie de la flamme affecte la couleur! rouge transparent avec 15mm tiges d'hydrogène est grand! rouge est très lumineux!
mais d'autres couleurs sont moins attrayantes à l'hydrogène!

Si vous travaillez bâtonnets est inutile, mieux orxygène-propane!
aux travaux de la grande tige boro transparent de 20 mm d'hydrogène est excellent!
