broken truck and smashed finger

broke my truck the other day...looks like i cracked and bent the spindle...heres a pic of the truck see how the tire is crooked and toed out...

and this is a result of a miss placed hammer shot...its white because the bandage got wet but the tip if my finger is fucked up

the tire was kinda bald looking. and from the wear it looks like the camber was off. maybe it help the spindle to fail..

Take quite a bit of a beating to do that to your truck?

CDot's right, wear on the tire shows improper camber, or REAL bad toe angle.

Also, if you're trying to get that "pre-runner" style to last on roads, good luck.

High travel, bouncy suspensions need constant maintenance, on or off-road. I'm only assuming that's what you've got from the camber wear on the tire, and your previous truck, 909/951 style (no offense).

Sorry about your finger, though. that sucks. Hope it heals fast, get you back making some sick slides and all that.

no those tires are just really old i got 2 sets of 4 sittin in the garage to put on...those fronts used to be on the back...and its not prerunner style..and i dont offroad this thing.. just my daily driver... the reason the spindle broke ws because i pulled off the road cause i dropped my smoke in my truck and when pulling over i didnt see this 3ft hole and fell in it....and it twisted my tire and broke the spindle from over extending...

lol my previous truck was a straight desert truck..full race suspension....shit handled awesome...but this big boat above is just a lifted cruiser lol...its defently not built to be off road with the 8" of lift... i dont get the 909/951 style thing though?? i see tons of longtravel trucks all thru orange county, SD, costa mesa, huntington beach...lol there all over.... i think the style ur talkin about is people with trucks with no suspension and they be rockin fiberglass fenders actin like a desert truck lol...now i think thats funny... my old truck handled 9ft of air on the daily i got some pix some where ill look for them...

Yea, those trucks are everywhere, we just call them all 909'ers.

But yeah, dropping a cigarette and crashing your truck over it, we call that 909.

lifting a truck doesnt mean its ment for offroad....all lift kits on any truck are just made to lift the truck thats all its not really made to be smashing off road..if you want a offroad truck you dont want it lifted cause it will just roll easier...thats why they have lift kits and long travel suspension kits

lol i think our views on off roading is 2 different things...when i say off road i mean smashing thru 2.5ft woops at 75mph and jumping 4ft mounds of dirt launchin...lol not just driving thru the hills or desert... i drive it down dirt roads to my inlaws but thats just driving on a dirt road lol
