i signed up here like a year and a half ago and totally forgot about it somehow.lol but i would like to learn how to blow glass..im located in san fernando valley. but ive been browsing on here lately to try and just gain some knowledge on this amazing craft i know not that much about. but if anybody could recomend any classes in the area that i could possibly take or an artist that would be kind enough to let me come to there studio/bay and mayb teach me some stuff

Would offer you a place to torch, but that daily commute to the east coast would probably be more hassle than it would be worth. You are in the land of glass blowers, just chunk a rock in any direction and when you hear a cry of pain just start by apologizing ..................
