The one has Bucks new Piranna pipe that won at the FLAMEOFF. Lots of artist work I've heard of but never seen before in person......Salt, Steve Sizelove, and Buck are the first that comes to mind but the one store has some AWESOME work inside. Exscapes and Headies.... I think I got all the details correct. Worth the drive fosho! The rooster coffee bar is a great stop to pick out gormet single beers......Just letting you all know!.........Slick420

Exscapes and Headies...is that the shop name? it's been about 2 months since i was in ithaca last and i usually just drop glass off at jabberwocks and that's it. is this place in the commons also? i'd like to see some of this glass next time i'm around the area.

No, it's not Ithaca's glass. I forget the name off hand. I visited there a couple of weeks ago. Very nice gallery like setup. Lots of really nice work there to be sure. My only gripe is that the work is too crowded. It is all nice, but the spacing should be more like the displays in the very front of the store.
Oh yeah, they need more Salt stuff too....

Yes, right next to 3d lights and the other is closer to the magazine shop with all the good porno and barrels of coffee.
i actually checked em out today cuz i had to go drop off glass at jabberwocks. they were really nice. exscape was especially good. they had a very classy shop layout with nicely lit cases. i'd say about 60% of the glass there was semi-headdy to super headdy and were all organized by artist which i really liked. headdies was a nice shop too. not quite enough headpieces to stare at for hours, but seems like they have the potential to grow into a really nice shop. all in all, i'd say they are nice additions to the ithaca commons. thanks for mentioning them on here because i probably would have just ran into jabberwocks and headed right back to syracuse if i hadn't heard about the new shops.
