Based solely on his work? His work is insanely awesome, but he doesn't post that much here, and has low rep... what does it take to be a ninja? If he should be made a ninja, then maybe El Hefe and Chris Carlson and Slinger and Beast Master and Kobuki etc. should all be made ninjas (if they aren't already). I thought it was more about contribution to the forum and overall knowledge and helpfulness than quality of work, but then again, who the eff am I?
No offense meant towards Micah, whose work is absolutely sublime. It's just that I would have thought Alien would have been made a Ninja before Micah... just my opinion.

micah has been a staff member here longer than i have, he might not not be at the peak of his activity/posting right now but he had a hand in building this place up to be what we have today. post count is a factor, but certainly not the only or most important one.

also, i made micah a ninja last night. it was really only an oversight that he wasn't made ninja over a year ago with the rest of the staff anyway.

I have to agree with diddles though, I have been lacking on contribution lately. But I hear by swear to contribute more often and keep the swearing and off color jokes to a minimum... well, i will contribute more. count on that.

I took about an 8 month leave from the forum, I just hit that online interaction brick wall. You know the one you hit after you havn't seen anything but a torch and a computer screen for months at a time, maybe years. anyhow, I had to get outside, get back into my head and concentrate on my work. But I'm back, with a new badge and a bad attitude!

Lol! I should add a lvl thread around here somewhere. Ninja is one of the top "positions" here on the GLDG, but a staff member is above a ninja, just to clear up any confusion. :lol

We have all been there, myself included. Luckily for ALL of us, I have mer for those days I can't function lol. He totally takes my spot when I need....talk about an ultimate ninja. :D

Point is Micah, no worries. You have always been and will always be, a huge contributor to this forum. ;)
