I was having a hard time taking quallity pics of my work, so I started looking into light boxs. While there are ways to make one I decided to buy a commercial one. Just wanted to share this and show what it looks like. The one I went with was Giottos GIST120 ST120 Light Tent Reflector. Very pleased with the setup and quality. All the walls are nylon and the backgrounds are a faux felt that are attached via velcro. Four color backgrounds are included and drape for the infinit background. When done it all folds up into a 19x19x2" case.

was that pic taken with just natural sunlight?

i have one of these boxes too and the lights that came with it just don't do the trick...

Nice photo, but now it's time for you to get a lint-roller to get all the shite off your fancy velvet.

Nice :)

I like the stiff felt sheets you can get at the craft store for backgrounds too. Dirt cheap, long enough to do a sweep, and did I mention cheap?

But if one gets messed up, you won't feel so bad about chucking it.

Yeah that pic was taken in direct sunlight. IMO nothing beats sunlight for pics, just makes all colors pop. I didn't take the time to lint roll the velvet or take out that crease you see in the pic, just took it straight out of the box.
