As some of you know, we’ve had problems with a few of the kilns in the past… so much so, that someone wrote, “Melt-o-Tron” on one of them. I got the message loud and clear, and all of the problem kilns are now plugged into digital set point controllers so you don’t have to turn annealing into an unwanted slumping project.
This is why we need constructive criticism from you so we can correct any problems or deficiencies that we might have… We want to make your time here as enjoyable, efficient, and as pleasant as possible.
As I have said many times in the past… We provide the space, but YOU have shaped AGI into what it is today. Many thanks to all of you : )
