View Full Version : Use extreme caution: Bad distributor

I have never done this, but I am throwing out a BIG caution notice to anyone who might deal with Benny Bosogno, aka Benny Hitz of Toronto Canada.

So far he has worked over me, my brother and my partner in Austin. Dude is a straight up liar. Will tell you payment has been wired, to never show up. Checks in the mail got lost, dog ate the homework. He has been 90 days out with all three of us. If you are approached by Benny, I would advise payment up front.

Luckily, Midas and I ended up on the upswing with enough to cover Benny's debt to my partner, who Benny is 100 days out on payment.

This has never been my style, but this guy has no ethics or "grown folk" about him. Big baller livin with Mom and Dad.

i made him pay in advance, and always will with anyone i dont know/trust very well. when i first distributed my sisters work, i used to ship first and get payment later, but that only lasted a few years, till i got scammed 2 or 3 times, then my good nature ended :D

hey will and others, has this been resolved yet. this guy has facebook activity all over the place and i was thinking that a few well placed "reminders" would be in order otherwise.

I think it is resolved. I didn't want to "out" him on a social forum. Figure if no one gives him terms for glass, maybe he will get his shit together.

Benny is definitely an aficionado, just young in the business game. I have to draw the line when I get lied to...

Name of his business is "Hitz Canada".

I hope you did get it resolved!

Thanks for the warning, I was considering him. I removed him my friends on FB and will continue to look for another distributor.
