really need some help getting from airport

hey guys,
i am multi posting this since its a last minute semi emergency.

original note:

my buddy tree(glasstree) is on a plane and expecting me to pick him up at the pitts airport around 4:30-5:00 p.m. today.
i have had the worse luck for the past several weeks and it seems today is no exception.
i am using my wifes car for the trip and in turn she is using my truck. well last night/this morning on her way home from work the truck took a shit on her. its a solanoid in the transmission as i have had this before. i have to get a friend of mine over here to help me replace the part. its a bitch to get too.

i cant leave her without a vehicle and dont think i will get this fixed until this afternoon at best. then i have a 9 hour drive from tennessee.

i havent even talked to tree because he is on a plane (i did leave him this dreaded message) but if anyone is going to be in the pitts airport area and has room for one more and a tote. he and i will for sure be in your debt.

i feel terrible leaving my boy hangin like this, but i am in a pinch to say the least. i cant leave my wife without a vehicle so i am in the rock and hard place.

call me at 865-719-0299 and i will call tree or give you his number so we can make arrangements.

even if you are coming through an hour or two later, it would be greatly appreciated.

i hope its not too late to get this to work.

alright, i finally got that fuckin solenoid out and replaced. they truck works like a champ again.
it is 2:40 p.m. and i am just now getting to go wash a body full of grease and grime off.
i am bumping this because even if i could leave in the next half hour i will not get there until midnight.
there has to be someone going through the pitts area this evening that can stop by airport?
i sure hope murphy is through with me for a while. i have had about all i can take of his sorry self.
