hey hey thats pretty cool Misha. I'll do that next time, glassartist.org is awesome. Thanks for the coments.
I was gonna post this too, some billabong reps came in our store the other day and picked out a couple of my pieces to be trophies for the billabong pro womens surf comp on maui. I was sort of scared caus they didnt pick out the best pieces for trophies in my eyes. one was also one of the ugliest things i had made in a while. Any way it seems to have worked out heres a link to pics, the glass trophy is near the bottom of the page. Aloha Jup

Definitely cooler than the average trophy!
I like the potted plant. I always used to draw cartoon potted plants (for some reason...).
Those leaves are real neato

Thanks everyone. Im just glad the trophy didnt break, i put some fairly dellicate little fins on those fish.
Hawaii really is an amazing place, I encourage everyone to come check it out. I probably never would have ended up here without a friend buying me a ticket. I always thought hawaii was just beach's and hotels and a bizillion tourists, but I have found so many amazing places here to get away from all that. And the beachs are great and the hotels and tourists mean that there is money to be made year round.
The rain on the whole parade is the ridiculous cost for glass realted supplies, mainly oxygen. We allready pay way higher prices than anyone else in the country as far as I can tell (67$ for a bottle and around 500 for liquid), but this month airgas said its gonna raise its prices 10 to 20% just to add insult to injury. Right now its 8:30 at night and its about 75 degress out so I'll quit complaining right now  . Aloha Jup

Wow...I guess I wont be complaining about paying $20 to fill my oxygen tank anymore. I imagine that having so many tourist with deep pockets does helps relieve that sting a little...Although $67 bucks is still way to much. :eek
