does he coldwork or flame polish the break-off point ? i didn't see it in the video.

He puts a dab of clear over it and shapes it to a loop.

This is fold formed aluminum I also make them in copper brass bronze
any nonferrous I can find. I have to thank Bill Roberts for introducing
me to fold forming and and just sharing his wealth of knowledge in the metal arts. I really feel the same way about forging metal as I do about melting
glass. I can't get enough of it.

That's pretty funny Patrick Gallagher he also reminds me a bit like Diddles. Patrick graduated from Alfred taught glass blowing at corning and now we are lucky to have him. He is the main instructor for all the hot shop classes here.

That's funny man... after I had met Patrick I started getting this really weird feeling like he was the American version of me. I don't think I've ever met anybody who reminded me so much of myself.
Needless to say, he seemed like a great dude.
