inline hissing

i set up an inline reg i got from msa, so i can run a hand torch off dewar- the hand torch is working great- but i can hear a hissing at the reg. There is what appears to be a little vent hole in the reg. so should i be hearing a slight hiss or not?

My regs always hiss when im using them. I think its just the sound of the gas passing through them. You might wanna check to make sure it isnt leaking...
