Lance McRorie is teaching Beginner Glassblowing 1 and 2 at FlameTree Glass Inc. in Historic Roswell, Georgia (ATL, GA area) on January 29 and January 30 2011!
Lance will cover material preparation, pulling points, how to create even heat and how to blow the basic bubble shapes, flaring, proper use of punties, how to use all the classic glassblowing tools from the furnace, etc. in class 1.
Lance will cover the use of color in class 2; teaching colored tube pulls via the outside (laying lines and encasing them) and inside methods ( such as stick stack).
Colored patterning will be covered as well in class 2!
