As many of you know, Elaine and I are purchasing the house next door, and will probably be moving in the next couple of weeks.

This year, we will be building 6 to 8 new work stations in the living room of our existing house, and keeping the kitchen / dining room area as another “lampworker’s lounge” so there will be more places to hang out.

Each year we will be adding more work space to the house over the years, with a total of 20 – 25 stations and a cold working room.

Below is a link to a cool photo from Steve Selchow (thank you Steve!) that shows some of “Wonka World”. The new house and 1 acre of land is to the right (not shown), and the road in the foreground is actually the driveway to Barry’s house (also not in the photo). We actually need an aerial view to show the entire place, because there is an additional 20 acres of woods for future development.

Thanks guys. I like to keep everyone up to date as to what we're doing here. We'll keep building as long as we're alive, and then you folks get to expand it further after that. Barry should be out here shortly and he has some unique ideas to make the place even better : )

The steel braided hose is for liquid nitrogen... we use it to make ice cream, and throw buckets off of the upper deck to make clouds : )

...hey tom, i think if you go to google earth or zillow dot com and key in the addresses you can get an aerial pic of the properties. they wont be from last week or anything real current, could be a year old pic as was the case with my house. i could tell by what was parked outside in the drive.
