I have a pretty great mentor for glass melting. He has really taken time to make sure I understand the material and processes.

Looks like you are off to a great start. Looks a heck of a lot better than what I did in my first 4 days :D Plus you have some good colors to start off with too, and having a mentor is also awesome. I envy you LOL
