I have a one car garage sized stand alone building zoned commercial in Berwyn pa. I'm having a cash flow problem tho getting it started, had to move my shop. Looking for someone to help offset the cost of building the workbencehes and getting an Oxygen dewar. 24-7 workshop access, adjacent bathroom. Willing to share my tools/supplies/knowledge.
