i think the master yoda is right. glass blowers in general seem to work too long of hours for not-enough pay and have tolerance levels to match. plus i think alot of us are in this profession in the first place cause we don't like to deal with peoples bullshit.

This time of year sucks the big one for a lot of folks too. Post Christmas doldrums for sales, bills coming due, taxes coming due for the US folks...and with the economy on the brink of collapse this year it's added just a little extra aggravation and apprehension.

Throw in turmoil around the world in general, rising prices across the board, increased distrust of the government, and all the little things of day to day life, you've got a recipe for social unrest.

Moving back to Oregon actually helped me to get out of a horrible depression. I love it here. It is beautiful year round. Down to earth people. beach a short drive away, mountains and dessert a short drive the other way. World class cuisine. Yeah, Oregon sucks...:twitch:
