hey everyone so ive been a member for a couple months now and have just been slacking on the intro. My name is Fred "ed" Holland Jr a.k.a jewish aka frodo baggins aka i have alot of nicknames! I am a lathe worker for SYN glass based out of north carolina, our retail store is island dyes. I started late october of this year and have been loving it ever since, this site is awesome ive had a couple questions about glass in general that were answered very thoroughly in a matter of minutes. My teachers are Dawnk Lester and Craig, ive also got input from Fat Mike but he mostly deals with the bench guys. All in all i think im in agreat enviorment to excell and go long ways in the industry so look out for me in the future.

Got lucky my good friend was managing when i started so he hooked it up. It was a big move and i left alot behind but ive never been happier, ive moved up faster then i ever thought to say the least its a good feeling getting random phone calls from Dawnk lester telling me how nice my beakers look, sadly most of ours in the past have terrible wall weight with crappy bottoms dont wanna name anyone but hes a lazy fuck.:D
