madison glass art and bead show

Has anyone checked this out or done it ever or even heard anything about it?

Real curious because its only 7 hours from here, which is close to anything remotely going on...

I think it is this weekend the 26 and 27th..... I am thinkin thats what i read think its @ Alliant Energy Center in madison...

The emphasis seems to be more on beads than on glass art.

I've been to it a few times. Not vending, just as a customer. It's so so. There are a few flameworkers there. I didn't really ask them how they were doing sales wise or anything. I don't know that I would drive seven hours for it. I'm not even actually gonna drive the 10 minutes it takes to go see it today.

I know its lotsa beaders and stuff some looked like flamworked too and maybe it is like bead and button in milwakee or tuscon best bead show, I just dont want to be missing out.

Yeh thanks Icarus, anyone else ten minutes away wanna see how attendance is this year and what you think in general, even snap a picture at the peak hour or something?

Hey guys just saw this. I didn't get any pics. The show was ok. Like Icarus said emphasis on beads not glass art. I actually did sell more marbles than pendants which surprised me but it's hard to say if I'll go back next year or not.
