what u adding bling to this week jes?
Got a sheet and half of images, all sizes and mainly making pendants out of them.
I was up at UMD collage for earthday 4:20 sustainability fair on wendnessday and sold a good deal of images pendants again.
I think its something people can relate too or sybolize with so they pick them.
I guess I was in the last week also using my rasta gold and starship too, made some new taphandles for fitgers brewstore. some where gallaxy tech and I made one bad cane witha strip of rasta gold then three bright wight lines witha bright orange over light blue cobult rod. I should take pictures of this bunch I just finshed... bad in a good way
Oh and wine toppers for the brewhouse store too. people LOVE dichro :bouncy:
Now I must put many more images on many more things to replace all the ones that are gone... its a good thing very happy with DICHROIC ALCHEMY

hes bad in a good way
The Video is a great one for learning, thanks again Julian, you have taught me allot, and helped form some of my first techniques...
Did you ever find your Milon book? I would have loved to look at it more then I was able too...
I hope you are just being CUTSIE and not MEAN or something, prolly your magical ways :puzzled::sherlock::magic:
As far as the image pendants go, I love making them and I think of them as a good way to get a good art object out into the world at an affordable price and they are blingy too ! :D

Don't worry Jes. I was just trying to be funny.
I think Chad said he had the Townsend video, nobody knows what happened to the book!
The Dichroic Alchemy video was, if I recall, sort of more like a Dellene Peralta dance video than an instructional video. It was pretty okay though.
What kind of images are you doing lately?

Nice pendants, Senor Durfee!
It's pretty easy to embed a photo. View the image directly by clicking on it with the right button - which menu you get there depends on what browser you use, but one way or the other choose something like 'view image'. Then copy the address from the address bar of the browser. You might be able to just choose 'copy image address' or similar from the right click menu.
Once you have the image address, click the picture thing (the little mountain icon above the post text box) and paste it in. That inserts a code that embeds it. Send the post and it should show up.

Really nice pendents, Jes. And I agree; I am a fan of Dichroic Alchemy. Quality dichro with a fantastic palate.

Thank you once again, Julian

Always a pleasure, Monsieur Durfeé.
Don't suffer like that, though! Lacking a right button is so weird (though yeah like OVglass says, ctrl+click).
In the System Preferences menu for Trackpad, under 'One Finger' there's a checkbox, 'Secondary Click'. I suggest selecting that and choosing 'bottom right corner'. Then you have a right button like normal computers. At least, that's how it works on my MBP with Mac OSX 10.6.7 (Snow Leopard).
Another good way to share photos, by the way, is to upload them to http://imgur.com or http://min.us. They're really quick and easy to use, then you get a URL you can put into the post as described above.
hold down the control button and click the mouse.

One thing about Facebook is that the images are 'hidden' when you're in the lightbox (the thing with the black background that has the arrows on each side). You can get the image URL out of there, but it's not convenient.
Try the normal page for the image, that's a lot easier.

I've been loving their tube lately, though I wish it was coming out in 36 or 44mm, instead of 20. is anyone coating big stuff yet? I need a larger canvas for xtractions.

Hey, it worked! A little bit of extra junk in there but it's better than an entire xhtml document, I guess.
Shop looks cozy. Is that your bedroom?
HAHAHA,
No sleeping here,
just daydreams, its my studio, from the other end of the table, where a lynx can be.
Thanks again... happy I know how to do that :D
