it all depends on the frames. You can't just pop them in, they have to be made for the frames.

yeah, buy some comfortable glasses that fit nice and have a beefy frame that could hold some thicker lenses and pop them out... buy some economy shade 3 or shade 4s that have a larger lens and then trace the outline of the sunglasses onto the economy lenses then grind down the edge to meet the lines, with small adjustments and by carefully grinding the edges with an angle grinder or belt sander or lap wheel to meet up with the shape of the sunglass lenses you can fit them into the frames of your choice. be sure to have adequate ventilation or water lubrication to stay safe and wear safety glasses and a hepa dust mask.

Uh... I'd probably pay to have a professional do it. You only have one pair of eyes, you know. How much are they worth to you?
Apologies in advance if I have offended any pirates with the "one pair of eyes" comment...

it would a lot, but at the same time it wouldnt man. i have thought about that and i look over my lenses way too much at what im working on out of the flame to check things you know? i am pretty blind and im only 20 so my eyes are still going to be changing. i could do splits maybe but then your talking 3 hundred bucks or something. i just want someone to make a stylish comfortable fitover but i have yet to find one and i wear the philips safety plastic fitovers

These work really good. We used them mainly for quartz work. They are clipped on didymiums and you can bend the frames to whatever style glasses you use. You can find other shades besides these, just a sample...http://www.littonengr.com/Products.cfm?pn=A10213-04&pID=304
