I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone that could make me some custom millefiori cane? I would like 5 different designs and I don't think they would be that detailed/difficult for someone who makes them...

Thanks

i think what you want are murrine. millifiori are actually many flower and star pattern murrine banded together. milli=thousand fiori=flower :bouncy:

The real question is:

Can anyone get paid well for time and materials for making custom Murrines?

"i think what you want are murrine. millifiori are actually many flower and star pattern murrine banded together. milli=thousand fiori=flower"

Yes that is the correct, Ive just seen it written both ways (murrine vs millifori/millies) and referring to cane that is not a thousand flowers...

Shit ya you can make some money making millis. You figure that the super wholesale price is about 1-2 dollers per GRAM you do the math. I have seen freinds of mine make about a few pounds of millie a day, the millies they made were simple but shit the money is there if you can sell them. Jesse and Dave Stroble have flooded the market with good millies so it might be hard to compete. I have made about 5 lbs of star millies in one day 8-10 hours and sold then for 65cents per gram now that was a good day. just my 2cents.
