This piece was started last fall when Crip came to visit, but sat unfinished until this spring due to lack of a kiln big enough to assemble it. My first real colab, as far as I can remember. Thanks guys this was fun!

I've come to associate this piece with a poem I wrote as a teenager called "Springtime w/ Flowers & Death". Maybe I'll post that here too if I can find it.

It's cool to see this finished. I had completely forgotten about doing those flowers. Came together nicely. Sorry I couldn't hang out longer to help put it together.

Digging the hell out of the marble and the boner carb/stem. Any chance you could give us a run down of who did what? Would ya be willing to post the poem? Oh shit... I just noticed on second look those are skulls on the drop stem. Sick...

I think it went like this:

Crip-can
Me-flowers
Pogo-bones
Hoss-downstem and assembly

But don't quote me on that. I was not feeling well and damn near passing out on the torch so I left early.

Thats pretty close Aymie, except Pogo did the downstem, and Crip made the marble. I did the bones and also ended up shaping the can. I know its a long haul but I hope you'll come out and play with us again soon !

I tried to hook up with pogo but he is now ignoring me. Going to play with Bufo tonIght. Down to come play with you crazy kids as soon as y'all get back and recover from Vegas.
