what is going on here? i dont understand a single word of the title. are you going to fit 2000 tiny diffuser "beed"s in there? is this an inspiration from back in year 2000? i just dont get it.

i get it its going to be filled with tiny beads which would only be practical if you could take them out easily and clean them, thus the second ground joint also easy filling with the beads...i cant wait to see it finished
Great design bliss can't wait to see it "beeded" up :)

you are rite, this piece was made for the 2K diffuser beed company. it is designed for easy loading and unloading. the finished piece will be posted soon.

very interesting. seem like a pain to clean the beads. cool for being something different though. is that piece already ordered (and sold) to the manufacturer, or are you putting pieces that feature the beads on consignment at their shop? if you're already getting paid, then props to you.

Nice piece man, I dig the design. Just saw the a youtube video of it on facebook getting used and it's interesting. If there's one thing I'd change about it, it would be making the bead chamber more vertical based on the video I saw...
On a slightly related note... I absolutely hate that company because they're the worst type of mindless facebook spammers. For some reason I didn't block them when I removed them and they added me again, so I left my sentiments behind on their page - but I did happen to watch that video of this piece before hand

Just saw the 2k website. Who wants to bet that these could be fired out of an airsoft gun for some entirely incomprehensible reason ^_^

I will not repeat the dirty things I said on Facebook to these people, but believe that they will not be spamming me again, hehe
I think airsoft pellets may have been mentioned in the barrage :D

yah...their are a few things I would change about this piece. the downstem that connects the center chamber and the two pillars originally was supposed to connect on top of the tube not the bottom. I had so many problems with this piece due to my kiln, it took a day project and made it a week long :/. I wound up going to a friends house who lives down south to finish it up in his kiln. even then it was a pain in the ass because he had a top loader. becides its obvious flaws which I have already taken into account, I think it came out alright.

As far as the 2k ppl, their good people and im glad their not spamming anymore. the beeds should be alittle bigger for weight purposes also maby coated with silicone for glass safety. but like everything it takes money to make money, i like where their going with this idea. who knows some people might love it then bam! 2K v2.0

They sent us a couple bottles of them.... I mean, I guess it's ok to resell $0.25 worth of low quality airsoft BBs in a $0.10 spice jar with a sort of straightened out paper clip hot glued to the inside (that Kash Kap, OMG so FuGginG coOL!!!) for $10, but I can get 10k of those bbs on ebay for less that $20 shipped....

....but these were free, and they do fire ok from my cheap airsoft pistols.
I'm so glad they never found me on FB.
Also, since this is a progression thread, and I have vowed to crash them when I come across them....

So the smoke gets diffused through a bunch of weird plastic?
There's always these: http://www.fdglass.com/store?filter_tag=14
Who knows if that would work, though.
