Honeycomb Window #1
This is the first in an exciting new window series! 2” diameter. These Honeycomb windows open up at the bottom exposing a swirled Galaxy of beautiful Blueberry/Grape DA Dichro! (The pics do the dichro NO justice!) The honeycomb is a Turbo Cobalt over Star White Blowout, coldworked, and assembled with the other layers.

Backed with fash scale overlapping dots of Almond Nugget and Onyx, and a center floral pattern similar to a rose and petals. Signed and dated by the artist, “NM-06”

SplitPersonalities #1 - This is a new short series that I’ve wanted to do for a while. I finally got the right tools for the job and one more project is checked off my todo list…lol.

1-3/4” diameter half-and-half wigwag marble. One is Forest Green, Yellow Crayon, and Cobalt and the other side is Orange Crayon, Perrywinkle and Cobalt. Coldworking was also used in this process. Flip the marble over and there is a mini vortex with white pear Gilson Opal just waiting there to be discovered! A band of simple pinwheels of Silver Tears with Clear encasement runs the equator. I made my first attempt at a Honeycomb Window and got close to achieving the windows without the lap wheel, but it was tedious and difficult. The recent addition of the lap wheel made this much easier/faster/cleaner to achieve - I have a few 'blanks' prepped and ready to assemble so over the next few days there will be some more of these popping up with different variations.

The Split Personality marble pieces/halves I have had laying around for a long time - I just always forget them when going to a friends house with lap equipment. I plan on doing a few new ones "since I only use stickstacks now-a-days"...(read that with a slight snobbiness to get the full effect...lol). There are so many fun possibilities with this.

Thanks for looking! More to come...

The lap was used on the Honeycomb Windows and the Splits Series, but not the Wig Windows...BTW, you two almost ready for a trade yet? (except the one I've had my eye on for awhile is on glasswurx.com, and on sale, so I might just pick it up...or wait for a new one...hrmmm, decisions! lol!

which one did you like on glasswurx? BTW his photos are off on color...drives me alittle crazy, red looks like pink and shit. I am getting some of those back soon I could make sure I grabbed the one you like. Or let me know of a new one you like, I will have to wait for Andy to OK it....haha

Nice ones Nate!! At AGI your marbles were nice, but you've really stepped it up. Nice new patterns and ideas, definitely good stuff!! Keep up the great work.

Thanks guys! Ben, I still have your marbles we traded for at AGI sitting right here in my collection. Love 'em, thanks! You have one of my first actually round marbles Ben...lol. Chris Carlson does too, and he says "it looks like it's from a whole other artist!" lol! I guess the last few months I've really been focused or something.

Steve, we're going to have to trade too at some point too. I can't believe we haven't yet!

Sara, you have email!

Thanks for looking everyone! I have some more unique stuff to post tonight...
