If anyone knows exactly who's doing this or if that person reads this, if there's a paypal charity account for this, start a thread over here, easy peasy, folks can just click a link and donate. Im sure people on the Melting Pot will donate like crazy, even if they don't plan to attend Glassroots. Im glad to see someone doing this, what a great community we have!

I did not know this thread was created until right now. So here is a little more about what the idea is behind all of this. Freeek has what is called cyclical vomiting syndrome and has dealt with this for almost as long as I have known him which is the better part of 4 years. He is doing better as of right now but the constant hospital visits for weeks at a time add up financially and that is the last thing his family or Freeek himself need to deal with.

If you choose not to support Glass District and buy a raffle ticket for a free trip to the show in Madison that is fine.

Grand Prize
The winner will receive a round trip flight* payed for by Glassroots Art Show with two nights stay at the Sheraton for the nights of the 1st and 2nd of November. The winner will also receive an all access VIP badge to the show.

Runner-up Prize

All proceeds go to help Freeek and his family with hospital bills.
Raffle tickets will be $5 each, no max limit. The drawing will take place October 1st.

Please post in the thread how many entries you would like. Be prepared to make payment (use ppcalc.com to calculate the proper amount). Failure to comply with contest rules forfeits your chances.
