Got a request for these...Why do people (customers) like the stupidest pipes available? I'm not even sure what this even is really. Dude said there is a g on g slide on them, (my first thought was why in the hell would a steamroller need a slide?, seems like you'd need 3 hands to use it) Anyway, I looked at some pics and the only thing I saw similar was a tube with an inline pc that connects to make it a bub. Seems completely pointless to me, but dude is very interested in them. Anyone have any other ideas, or know of any other versions of this? I get more requests for steam rollers and stupid ass "Gandoff" pipes more than anything....neither of which I've ever made,....but hey, sometimes it's all about the consumer, (as stupid as their idea of "cool" is) :bangHead:

gandalfs are pretty easy...just takera blank and stretch it into a super heavy point and then heat up a ball at the far and and slump it to a near-sherlock shape. shape ur mouthpiece...bend it..bada boom, easy money.

But yes, people like the dumbest shit.

People do ask for the dumbest pipes. I haven't tried it but I was thinking make a sidecar bub with the stem section a bit bigger and longer with the rush on the end of that. I guess instead of a push bowl put your gong joint there. Again I haven't made it but i always leave thinking aren't they just asking me for a bub?

if you seal a tube to the inside of well larger tube and make the smaller tube the water chamber then it would bubble then kick like a true roller . I have yet to make these but have thought about and designed what may work for ages having that same request umpteen times.

Someone asked me for the same thing, and what they wanted was a hammer bub with the carb comin out the front.

I've seen a 44mm clear steamroller with a gong fitting instead of a push that had a carb-less ashcatcher on it.

yep, got one guy that wants a fukkin chubbler (chillum bubbler), fuck that in the first place, and he wants fuckin weird gemstones in it, amethyst whatnot, cant get it through his skull that things like that cant be encased. And yeah, gandolfs....Ill make em though, beats spoons and bats all day. Just f doing em cheap, they take up too much kiln space to do cheap.

I have made these for years and they sell like hotcakes. Just a steamroller with a hole instead of a bowl, and an ashcatcher with a 3/4 inch 12mm stem on it to grommet into the steamroller. Basic.
