cant post in glassifieds

am i in trouble? is it my internet? i cant post a WTB ad in the glass section.

when i I try to make a new post in the glassified section and click either submit thread or preview post it takes me to this address then says done w/ a white screen. i was able to post a new thread in this sub-forum?

i don't see any restrictions on your account. there have been some upgrades happening and maybe one put your reply mode out for a minute. perhaps try again?

hmm I've tried restarting firefox, my whole computer, using safari instead of firefox.... I can reply to any threads and post new ones in other forums but cannot post a new thread in glassifieds! I'm trying to get some pieces made last minute so I'm going to throw this up here for now and hope it magically works in the right forum when i wake up!

"I have a few pieces that i would like to mount on solid clear bases. Standard optic mold shape, 4-6" wide base, tapering to 1" or less on top. I'd like the bottom ground and polished, with the top left rounded so i can grind it on my smaller wheel to fit the piece. I know this is pretty last minute but thought i'd give it a try. The white screen is the sign of a software glitch, not a permission restriction (that would be the a proper error screen, like you get when not signed in).

I get that in a few places on the forum sporadically, like when signing in, and have been working on fixing these issues. I'll check this one out and sure, can make that post for you in there later tday.

thanks! I though i was going crazy. last night i couldnt post in the glassifieds so i started this thread. this morning I am unable to start new threads in any forum. I've also tried switching computers and internet service so i know its not me.

i was trying to get some bases for pieces to take to GRAS it was late notice already on saturday/sunday but now its impossible to get them made/ sent to me before the show so I'll just save these pieces for next time and try to start a thread when i get back from the show.
