New to Melting Pot

Hi....New here. I was first mezmerized by a glass blower at Disneyland about 40+ years ago. Then with with the glass blowers at a research company where I worked. Made my first glass piece when in High School....was a distilling coil. I had thoughts of going to the Corning school; but met this women. 63 now and still have hopes and just starting to have the time.
Question I have .... Is double blown just encasement with a larger diameter tubing? Could someone please explain..... Thanks

Double blown isn't a truly meaningful term, to blowers.. people seem to use it to mean different things.
