i actually prefer nitrile.
if its for going in and out of a kiln, then don't go thin. if dexterity is crucial, go thin. for the most part gloves protect you but lessen your control. if you have a specific process in glassworking you need gloves for it might help narrow your inquiry to share that. otherwise tough it out, and the nerves will lose some of their sensation.
which is great great for double cowgirl stranger, which is alot like a double stranger only cowgirl, ergo the name. word to the wise, shave your backhand(s).

I heard Mig welding gloves are good but the ones I seen on eBay still look a bit clumsy.

Hey Senz1, I work with Tillman 24C size Large gloves in the shop and on the torch everyday. I go through about a pair a month. It keeps my hands very nice. Not for kiln use.

thanks! I want gloves to grab hot glass from very close to kiln doggy door with lots of dexterity if possible . I also want gloves that will take more heat ,but dexterity is the key .i don't need them to spin though.. thanks again!
