Hi folks.

If any of you are looking for replacement electronic parts (relays, solenoids, digi controllers, etc), I found a place that has some great prices. The name of the place is Davis Instruments (http://www.davis.com/), and they have a catalog the size of a phone book with just about everything in it.

I purchased a solid state relay from them for my kiln, and it was slightly over ½ the price of what I was quoted from Digitry.

I hope this helps some of you : )

Tom

I don't know how prices compare, but when I was in school for electronics (before I switched to IT), most of the parts we didn't have on hand we ordered from digikey (http://www.digikey.com).

But yeah, discount prices are always appreciated, especially when the electrical component is usually one of the more expensive parts that goes into the tools we regularly need to make. Repped.
