Go here and check out their aluminum gun cases. http://www.casesgalore.com/index.asp they have the best price I've found on such quality cases.

I have this one

And this one

And i love both styles.

I'm not the biggest wall mart fan ,but I found some black plastic/breifcase sized ones there for like $8.00 .they work well.

i only buy doskocil cases, the big ones are pimp 2 layers and 4 latches. very heavy duty.

i agree with the aluminum over black plastic, as well as the square/rectangle shape over the gun shaped .. or full gun length cases. you look more professional, and you get far fewer sidelong glances carrying a case that looks like a big briefcase than a guncase.

i forget the manufacturer of mine.. gandermountiain carrys them.. pricey though..

with the double layer cases, take the foam divider layer, get 1/4 inch masonite cut to fit, glue the foam onto the masonite, and add a couple strap type handles on either side (oh.. and 1/4 inch foam on the bottom of the "shelf"). for bigger work, get 1/4 inch foam to put over the masonite, cause the big foam just won't let you get two layers of bigger work into a case.
