cant really tell from the video, how does it compare to a lynx, for pointy flames?

It doesn't get as small as the lynx center fire, it's more like a cheetah.

I had those 2 stage handtorches on order for almost two years, everytime I ask Pam I get that same GTT answer "we should have those done next month"

yeah i put in my order for one of these at the portland GAS conference in 2008 - you know where they had an official booth, to take orders? did you ever get it or just give up?

when i got my cobra, it had been so long (3yrs) i'd seriously forgotten i'd ordered it by then. i can't believe i actually had the cash for it when they called. drove down the next day before they changed their minds! granted i think that was the first batch!

got my new baby today. i am so glad i jumped on this torch for the lathe.

it is one super sweet torch with quite a wide range of flames from quite tight and sharp up to a very large bushy one as well as super quick melting ones.
definately not a pinner flame like a lynx but i got that flame pretty much covered with the hornet tip on the smith.

to my surprise and quite a pleasent one : mine came with a 12 inch handle which is really nice for the lathe as well.

hell i think i can take my mirage off the lathe for the most part now.

thanks again chris. perfect timing for me.

Your welcome, glad you like it. It's a really sweet torch, and lots of flame adjustments, I imagine it would work very nicely on the lathe. Thanks again, enjoy!!
